Hello guys, Gademotsili99 speaking!

Today, I finally reached the incredible number of 100k takes in JetPunk! So, to celebrate it, I decided to make a blog speaking of my journey so far!

In this blog, it is very likely that you may learn more about some parts of my journey than what you previously didn't know about. So, without further ado, let's start.

I knew about JetPunk since... Well, I don't exactly know, but I would guess around 2021, from the countries of the world quiz, in which I could only get 170 countries back then. When I wanted to play quizzes, at home or school, I always picked it and just started playing, getting more brave and playing new quizzes each time. That feeling peaked when I was bored on a hot day, June 18th 2024. I decided to create an account, just for my levels to get saved.

Little did I know that I could create quizzes. When I learnt, I made my first quiz on the Biggest Greek Football Stadiums, which later turned into a series. After that, I got all the better in my quiz skills and even more creative, may I say, bringing more and more ideas to life!

Having a ton of time, thanks to the summer, I started really mass producing quizzes, one after the other. Heck, when I learnt of the Auto-Translator of JetPunk, I even hit the limit of quizzes 2-3 days in a row. Keep in mind, I am talking about the 15 quizzes per day limit, not the later implemented 10. Anyway, that's how most of my quizzes are from July and August.

In September of 2024, a great feature was added to JetPunk, the lovely Message Board. While some people don't like it and call it a playground and other funny things, I fell in love at first sight with this place! It was the best way to meet and interact with many brilliant JetPunkers. Through that, I met pretty much everyone I know and I became more mature of a JetPunker.

Having 700 quizzes in many languages, one would think that a feature was bound to come at some point... And it did!

First it was the Guess the Footballers series in Spanish!

Then it was French cities in Greek in French

And then 2 Polish quizzes, on the Neighbours of Poland and then Careers of Polish football legends

The whole tally of featured quizzes, as of now, is 6 and my main hopes lie in an English feature at some point!

Yeah, with that many takes it wasn't a surprise that I would be somewhere up there, buuut it still was a great pleasure waking up to it and those congratulative comments! I still can't get over it!

As most of you know at this point, I am Greek! I always wanted to make Greek quizzes, but during the first few months, I had found it to be not worthy enough, due to the low traffic. But that changed one day with this message board thread!

Of course, we started off humble, creating or translating a few quizzes here and there.

But that all changed when we offered to translate people's quizzes to Greek, as seen in this thread.

Since then and especially after the new year, I have to say, without wanting to flex, that we have gone insane. We have doubled the Greek section from 280 in December 31st to more than 560 as of now. Also, thanks to the help of Astana we made a Greek Auto-Translator, which sped up translating even more, along with a custom Greek Recent User Blogs Page and Frontpage

Anyways, the last few days have been kinda inactive, not gonna lie, but I think we shouldn't push ourselves a lot, especially after this much work, because everyone can have a burnout at some point, if not careful...

So where do I stand now? Well... I am still very active and still feel the willingness to create more quizzes and chase more challenges, like participating in the MCCQ Project and whatnot.

At this point, I don't know why, but without having much more to say, I feel obliged make a joke about the fact that I got an entry in Interview of a JetPunker before Ravi, despite the fact that Ravi's interview is incoming for more than a year lolol. So that one is already out of my list of things to do in JetPunk! Anyway, credit to baptistegorce for this wonderful series!

Again, my ultimate goals are getting a featured quiz in English and expanding the Greek section even more, as I have said many times!

Coincidentally, I am not the only one who hit this great milestone today! My good friend LuckyCat also happens to be in this great position and I can't feel anything other than a sense of pride for him. I know him since he was 30k, he knew me since I was 15k. 6 orange stars for me and 6 for him! And I am sure that those stars can only increase. We both have definitely grown a lot, not only in takes, but have also got more mature! 

So I feel it is very fitting to say it here: Congratulations Lucky! You have been one of the best JetPunkers that I have met and it is a great pleasure to be sharing this great milestone with you!

Also, he pulled the greatest comeback of all time and beat me by an hour! Still.... Race to a million?
