Leaderboard
There are three leaderboards in every game mode of Geography Snap. More precisely, the 5 fastest players per day, per week and since the beginning of Geography Snap (well, only since October 26th 2020, not 25th). Well, the player Changedaworld invented a points system according to the rank of a player in any leaderboard. Here it is :
1st place : 7 points
2nd place : 5 points
3rd place : 3 points
4th place : 2 points
5th place : 1 point
So, if we take every old game mode (game modes that were there before the November 2022 update), take the 5 best players in these All-Time leaderboards, and assign points according to their ranks, we get this leaderboard for the month of August 2024 :

- GameyTV, Jilb, MarcelVos, merpell, nimbru & yawnofthedead all have 3 points, but GameyTV, merpell & nimbru have a 3rd place, yawnofthedead has a 4th place, and Jilb & MarcelVos have a 5th place.
- Albmaralb, backstreetben, zWallaby, hfgsy & pseudocraul all have 2 points, but Albmaralb, backstreetben & zWallaby have a 4th place and hfgsy & pseudocraul don't.

The player who's the 1st in the most categories is... SilverDog, being first in 29 game modes.
The player who's the 2nd in the most categories is... Changedaworld, being second in 29 game modes.
The player who's the 3rd in the most categories is... Dagod, being third in 29 game modes.
The player who's the 4th in the most categories is... Dagod too, being fourth in 10 game modes.
The player who's the 5th in the most categories is... Sammyboi, being fifth in 8 game modes.

That's 0.0 second that was cut off during August.
Ever since the first Snap Stats blog (June 2022), a total of
829.2 seconds, or 13 minutes and 49.2 seconds
have been cut off from the sum of every old top-5 times, and
204.9 seconds, or 3 minutes and 24.9 seconds
from the sum of every old 1st place.
Conclusion
Now, I'm expecting something to come up during September. I have made a blog about a dream I want to come true, so I hope that some records can be beaten, hoping that a few more JetPunkers will play Snap...
