Customization Options for Jeppy?

Why Would You Change Jeppy? Jeppy is Perfect!
Yes, we all know that Jeppy is the perfect mascot. However, there have been many words zipping around that being able to customize your own Jeppy as a sort of profile picture would be a great addition to the site. Mostly everyone agrees (people who have discussed it), so I thought I might try to bring this idea to life a little. Dimby's most recent thread titled "Optional Monetization" is my greatest inspiration for this. A Jeppy profile picture would not only be cleaner and "safer" than a regular profile picture feature, but would also make the site feel closer to the aspect of JetPunk than a random profile picture would.
Obviously I can't just add the feature to the site, I'm not one of the coders. What I can do is give you guys some options. Below is your good ole pal Jeppy. Without any items, it is your job to customize Jeppy!
Items I Can Give You
Here is the list of items that I'm providing for you. You can certainly request other items that are not on the list, but I'm giving a list because if this feature were to be implemented, I think a list would be provided.
Headgear: Top Hat, Christmas Hat, Pirate Hat, Cowboy Hat, Party Hat, Crown, Ball Cap, [color] Fez, [color] Beret
Facegear: Mustache, Monocle, [color] Contacts (Different Eye Color)
Front Fingear: Watch, [color] Beaded Bracelet, Silver Chain, Tattoo (within reason please)
Fin Objects (something Jeppy would "hold"): Anything you want! (within reason please)
I am now offering more features you can add to your Jeppy! Below are the latest implementations.
Mouth: Anything you want! (within reason please)
- For the mouth, the items may be connected or disconnected.
Body: Anything you want! (within reason please)
Back Fingear: Anything you want! (within reason please)
Again, you can request other items that are not on the list.
Items I Can NOT Give You
Here are some of the items I cannot add to your Jeppy:
Firearms, Body-covering Clothes (like shirts, skirts, pants, you get it), Text bubbles, Hair (on the head), Complete face-covering equipment, Make-up (depends)
Jeppy cannot be put in or on anything.
If you can think of other items you would want on your Jeppy, don't hesitate to ask!
To receive your customized Jeppy, simply tell me what items you want. I will then make your Jeppy and create a blog with everyone's Jeppy! I can always edit the blog whenever I want, so if you want to change your Jeppy, let me know too.
NOTE: You can only wear one of each type of item at a time, but an exception can be made for one facegear item + Contacts.

Just wondering, could you make the crown look like Aragorn's Coronation crown? Or are you not able to do that.

I don't even wear hats but I do actually have this hat so I'll ask for it to represent me, an orange baseball cap with the Oregon State Beavers logo on it
Rayban style sunglasses (if eye color is still visible underneath then hazel eyes)
On his upper fin, give him a tattoo of the seal of the "State of Jefferson"
As for what my Jeppy will be holding in that fin, give him a cassette player
And for my final ask, if you could have him drinking out of a bottle of Nuka Cola
I can do all of that, but correct me if I'm wrong that you want Jeppy to hold two things at once?
