Foreword
Hello my fellow JetPunkers. This will be a short blog, as I just really wanted to show yall some pictures I had taken a long time ago on my JetPunk journey. However, I also want to discuss who I used to be in more depth, as I didn't really do that in my very first blog "Who is LuckyCat". So, thank yall for reading, and I hope this gives a little bit more information on who I used to be.
My First Account?
Before I had made this current account, I made an account by the name of GhostCat22. I made this account in 7th grade, back when I was in Middle School. I tried to make decent quizzes, but I was new to the site and didn't know simple things about making quizzes. I wasn't really trying to make quizzes on this account, I think I made it just to save my points. It was at this time in life when I began my geography journey, starting to memorize all the countries. I logged-in to save the points I earned, and made a few quizzes as well. This account managed to rack up around 600 takes as of now, with my most popular quiz being "Logos Quiz #1 (Tricky)" with over 200 takes. The account has had 3 years to gain takes, but without any attraction, it hasn't received much of anything. I lost the password to this account, which is why I never stayed with it. Overall, I'm kinda glad I didn't stay with this account, as it allowed my to get a fresh start with my current account, LuckyCat. It was sort of like a trial run, so when I began my new journey, I had some knowledge already going in.
A New Beginning
Upon losing my old account, I made a new one. I didn't think it would do any better than the other one, but I wanted to get my points back. So I grinded much more, and took this new account seriously. I started this account by making quizzes about popular games I played, like Minecraft and Stumble Guys. These quizzes gained takes quickly, and I saw the new potential with making quizzes. I tried all the varieties of quizzes, making unique yet simple quizzes. I didn't know anything about manual editing at this time, so all of my first quizzes were lackluster. You have to start somewhere, right? Below is an image of the very beginning of my account, with basically no takes at all (300 measly takes omg). The two subscribers were friends I had, and my most popular quiz was about Stumble Guys Maps. I've edited this quiz a lot, but if you know me, you'd know I quit Stumble Guys for good, leaving this quiz, along with every other Stumble Guys quiz I've made, to sit and collect dust over the years. Quite sad, but now this quiz remains one of my most taken quizzes. (I also had no blogs, I didn't know that was a feature lol. I was just making simple quizzes and leveling up, learning geography). I'm glad I have this picture, since it's a real memory.
Huge Improvements
After some time, I don't know how long, my new account was able to gain some nice attraction. I'd started making better quizzes, and as you can see in the image below, my quizzes had gained many more takes. My Stumble Guys Maps Quiz had also gained many takes, staying in my top 5 most taken quizzes. However, I was still updating this quiz at this time, not yet abandoning it. I had also figured out manual editing mode on quizzes, which greatly helped me improve my quiz quality. Overall, it's a great improvement from my beginning, but I've come a long way since, making much better quizzes and becoming one in the JetPunk community as well.
My Current Account!
As of posting this blog, I have over 30,000 takes, a whole lot more than the previous image. These images were taken around a year or so apart, as I couldn't find any more evidence of my journey besides those two. However, it is enough to see just how far I've come. My "Decipher 25 Countries Without Vowels" quiz is still my most taken quiz, thanks to a spotlight. My second most taken quiz also got a spotlight, as well as one of my other Stumble Guys quizzes. This has helped me gain attraction and takes, but also making higher quality quizzes has helped me greatly. I also started making blogs around this time, in late 2024. Making my first blog felt like me taking my first step into the actual website of JetPunk, rather than just floating on the surface of quizmaking. I'm truly proud of how far I've come, with two of my quizzes reaching over 1,000 takes as of now. My knowledge of this website has grown tremendously, as well as my knowledge of geography, as I know so much more than I did in Middle School. I like to think that I know the most about geography in my current school level (or grade), and I genuinely think I do. I wouldn't know as much as I do without this wonderful website, and I thank all of you for helping me evolve along my journey (especially you Kilo).
My blog is currently a deserted island...
Every other month on the 21st, I write down my number of quizzes, number of plays, level, and quizmaker rank. I wish I'd taken screenshots the way you did, though
