Dr. Julius No
Julius No 1919-1962
Julius No born in 1919 to a German man and Chinese woman, he in his own words became "treasurer to the most powerful criminal society in China" he left and went to America with a stolen $10,000,000. He specialized in atomic energy. An accident left him without both hands, and they had to be replaced with metal ones. When in America he offered services to the Americans, who declined he tried again with the Soviets who also declined. After being declined he joined the criminal organization SPECTRE. He set up in Crab Key, Jamaica where he killed John Strangways and his secretary. When 007 was put on the case he tried to have him killed multiple times including: leaving a spider in his bed while 007 was sleeping and sending his henchman Professor R.J. Dent to kill him. When 007 and a woman named Honey Ryder were captured by No, he told his plot to Bond hoping to intrigue him that plot was to use a nuclear radio beam to "topple" Cape Canaveral's space launches. 007 caused his machine to malfunction. No then got into a fight with 007 nearly sinking him in irradiated water. But in the end 007 pushed No himself into the water and due to his metal hands, No couldn't properly get a grip leading him to sink in the water.
Col. Rosa Klebb
Rosa Klebb 1899-1963
Born in the Russian Empire in 1899, Klebb became a Communist and Head of Operations for SMERSH a combination of the Russian words Smyert Shpionam, meaning death to spies. Circa 1960 she betrayed her country and joined the worldwide criminal organization SPECTRE and rose the ranks to No. 3. In 1963 She and no. 5 Tov Kronsteen who will be discussed in depth later, devised a plot with the head or SPECTRE who again will be discussed later. The plan was to get 007 to steal a lektor only for a hired henchman to kill Bond. they would then sell the lektor to the Soviets. Klebb's role was to assign the woman to accompany Bond, and the man who would kill him. For the woman she hired Tatiana Romanova and the killer: Donald "Red" Grant who will be discussed shortly. After Grant failed to kill Bond Klebb was sent to retrieve the lektor herself. Disguised as a maid she snuck into Bond and Romanova's room where she held 007 at gunpoint. She ordered Romanova to leave the room but Romanova who had fallen for 007, betrayed Klebb keeping her from shooting Bond. Klebb's final effort in killing Bond was stabbing him with a poison tipped blade concealed within her shoe which as told by no. 1 took 12 seconds to kill someone. Before she could stab Bond, Romanova shot Klebb killing her.
Tov Kronsteen
Tov Kronsteen 1923-1963
Born in Czechoslovakia, Tov Kronsteen was a chessmaster and SPECTER's no. 5 and the director of planning for SPECTRE. Not much is known about his past. in 1963 he and no. 3, Rosa Klebb is summoned to the head of SPECTRE's office and Kronsteen devised a plan to get the lektor: Assuming that MI6 would send 007, convince him that someone was attempting to steal the lektor meaning he'd have to do it himself. Then a hired mercenary would kill Bond and bring the lektor to them. It needed to be 007 as a way to get revenge for the death of Dr. Julius No. Most of his plan worked but one thing he hadn't accounted for was that the mercenary hired to kill Bond, was mentally unstable and instead of killing Bond the second he got the chance wanted to gloat and make Bond "crawl over here and kiss my foot" When no. 1 learns of Grant's death he ordered the director of training, Morzeny to execute Kronsteen using a poison tipped blade concealed within his boot. Kronsteen died in 12 seconds.
Donald "Red" Grant
Donald Grant 1928-1963
Donald "Red" Grant was an assassin for the criminal organization SPECTRE. In 1963 he was employed to take out 007 whilst in his pursuit of Bond, he disguised as Captain Norman Nash. When in 007's compartment on a train, he was tricked into opening a briefcase designed by Q branch. Using a special wristwatch containing garrote wire, he began to strangle Bond. 007 broke free and strangled Grant with his own garrote wire. His death led to the execution of no. 5, Tov Kronsteen.
Auric Goldfinger
Auric Goldfinger 1913-1964
Auric Goldfinger was a gold and jewel dealer who had the ambition to increase his wealth to extreme levels. In 1949 he started to devise a plan he would go on to call Operation Grand Slam. His plan was to retrieve an atomic bomb from the Chinese, where he would then detonate it within the walls of Fort Knox. When detonated the gold would be irradiated for nearly 80 years. Increasing the value of his own gold. When he wound out that Jill Masterson his associate had slept with 007, he had her killed by method of suffocation, he covered her entire body in gold paint. He had his henchman Oddjob who also will be discussed, kill her sister with his steel rimmed hat. 007 defused the bomb fittingly with 007 seconds remaining. Goldfinger escaped only to attempt once again to kill Bond, while on a plane Bond shot Goldfinger's gun into a window causing Goldfinger to be sucked he then fell to his death.
Oddjob
Oddjob 1920-1964
Oddjob real name unknown was the henchman to Auric Goldfinger, he had the strength to crush a golf ball with one hand. His method of execution was in his steel rimmed hat, which had the ability to cut the head off a marble statue. He was left inside Fort Knox along with 007 who only managed to kill Oddjob by electrocution.
Emilio Largo
Emilio Largo 1922-1965
Emilio Largo was the no. 2 of SPECTRE. He enjoyed collecting shark species. In 1965 he headed an operation to steal two nuclear bombs and extort the world governments. His henchwoman Fiona Volpe hired a man named Angelo Palazzi to undergo plastic surgery to transform himself into Francois Derval who would be piloting the ship carrying the bombs. They killed Derval and sunk the plane. Largo then murdered Palazzi. He had multiple people attempt to kill 007 when one of them failed he fed them to his sharks. Fiona Volpe pursued Bond and nearly killed him whilst dancing. Had Bond not turned around making the bullet hit Volpe he'd be dead. Bond informed Largo's girlfriend Domino that he had murdered her brother Francois Derval, Domino then asked Bond to kill Largo. On Largo's boat, after getting into a fight with 007 he held him at gunpoint until Domino harpooned him in the back. His boat crashed and blew up shortly after.
Ernst Stavro Blofeld
Ernst Stavro Blofeld 1919-1981
Ernst Stavro Blofeld was the head of SPECTRE which stood for Special Executive of Counterintelligence Revenge and Extortion. He is to date the only enemy who has escaped 007 multiple times. His first encounter with Bond involved sending a rocket to space with the ability to "swallow" both American and Russian shuttles hoping to start a war between the two countries. He told an agent named Helga Brandt to kill Bond when she failed, he had her eaten by piranhas. When Bond infiltrated his secret volcano lair, he nearly had Bond killed had a ninja star not hit his arm. He escaped Bond to face him again in 1969. Having undergone plastic surgery, he brainwashed women who he called his "Angels of Death" he stated that he would not commit any crimes if his crimes were pardoned. He again was defeated by Bond but not before having Irma Bunt kill 007's wife Tracey. In 1971 he attempted to use a laser made from diamonds to destroy weapons from around the globe he was beaten on his oil rig. Now in a wheelchair he attempted to kill Bond by remotely controlling a helicopter, but Bond took control of the helicopter and used it so pick up Blofeld and dropped him down a chimney.
Dr. Kananga
Dr. Kananga 1939-1973
Dr. Kananga First name unknown was the dictator of the island nation San Monique he masqueraded as the crimes boss Mr. Big and used a voodoo cult to hide his poppy fields which he used to make opium. His plan entailed dispersing his opium into the United States driving his competitors out of business. He liked giving his henchmen nicknames based on their characteristics for example Tee Hee because of his laugh and Whisper because he had a raspy voice. When 007 caught on to his plot he tried to kill him. After 007 infiltrated his underground lair, he fought with Kananga until they fell into a pool of sharks and Bond, using a compressed air pellet stuck it in Kananga's mouth who then swallowed it. He inflated until he popped.
Francisco Scaramanga
Francisco Scaramanga 1929-1974
Francisco Scaramanga was a hitman who used a signature weapon: his golden gun. The gun in question was a custom-built firearm able to disassemble into a lighter, cigarette case, pen, and cufflink. His bullets were also custom made and fittingly gold. He charged $1,000,000 per hit. He was born in a circus and in there not only learned to be an expert marksman but also learned he loved killing. in 1974 he was hired by a Chinese man named Hai Fat to get a device called the Solex Agitator. He eventually betrayed Hai Fat killing him. He even killed his own girlfriend after learning she was conspiring against him. He lured 007 to his private island and challenged him to a duel where he lured him into his funhouse. When in the funhouse he and his henchman Nick Nack messed with Bond hoping to catch him off guard to kill him. 007's perceptive mind prevailed and hid as a statue of himself and then shot Scaramanga in the chest.
Karl Stromberg
Karl Stromberg 1915-1977
Karl Stromberg was one of the richest men in the world and extremely obsessed with the ocean. His obsession with the ocean extended to almost every part of his life, his shipping company had a fish as their logo, his hidden lair was an underwater city called Atlantis, his main henchman was a man with metal teeth named Jaws. Stromberg himself even had webbed fingers. His plot was to steal two nuclear submarines and launch one at the United States and one at the Soviet Union, who would then practically destroy the world so he could start a new one under the ocean. After attempting to kill 007 with a hidden gun under his dinner table Bond shot him three times. He sank along with his city.
Jaws
Jaws 1939-?
Jaws real name unknown, but one source claimed his name to be Zbigniew Krycsiwiki, is a 7'2" henchman to both Karl Stromberg and Hugo Drax. His main method of execution was by biting his victims with his metal teeth. He worked with Karl Stromberg until Stromberg's death by the hands of 007. 007 nearly killed Jaws by using a magnet and dropping him into a shark tank. Unfortunately for Bond, Jaws killed the shark. Jaws then began working for Hugo Drax where he found a woman named Dolly and fell in love. When 007 made Jaws aware that both he and Dolly wouldn't be spared by Hugo Drax he turned on Drax and led to the destruction of his space station. His current status is unknown, presumed to be alive
Hugo Drax
Hugo Drax 1931-1979
Hugo Drax was a billionaire and manufacturer of rockets he called Moonrakers. His plot was to launch his Moonraker rockets so he could hit earth with gas bombs and start a new world in space with those he deemed perfect. After 007 killed his henchman Chang he hired Jaws. When on his space station Jaws turned on Drax. 007 cornered Drax, he shot him with a poison dart before ejecting him from his space station.
Aristotle Kristatos
Aristotle Kristatos 1935-1981
Aristotle Kristatos was a Greek heroin smuggler and was hired by the KGB to obtain a devise called the ATAC. He convinced Bond that he was on his side and that 007 should kill Kristatos' rival Milos Columbo. When Bond interrogated Columbo he explained that Kristatos was the one he should be after. 007, Columbo, and a woman named Melina Havelock whose parents were killed by Kirstatos infiltrated his base and killed Kirstatos. The ATAC was then destroyed.
General Orlov
General Orlov 1937-1983
General Orlov was a lieutenant-general for the Soviet Union, his plans were to set off a nuclear bomb in a traveling circus near a U.S Air Force Base in West Germany, the bomb would be assumed to have been an accident by the Americans letting Orlov conquer the rest of Europe for the USSR. When he had his encounter with 007 it led to Orlov having to run on to the circus train, He was shot by the Russian Government on East and West Germany's border
Kamal Khan
Kamal Khan 1921-1983
Kamal Khan was an Afghan prince and the accomplice of General Orlov. He agreed to work with Orlov in exchange for priceless jewels. The main two people he worked with where his henchman Gobinda and a woman going by the name Octopussy who owned the circus, and the train Orlov died on. After the bomb failed, he took Octopussy and attempted to escape via plane. 007 sabotaged the plan leading to it and Kamal Khan to crash.
Max Zorin
Max Zorin was an industrialist and former KGB agent. His plan which he called Project Mainstrike was to cause an earthquake along the San Andreas Fault thus flooding Silicon Valley and destroy his competition in the microchip market. His girlfriend May Day turned against Zorin after he left her to die, she was the reason his plan failed. He got into a fight with 007 atop the Golden Gate Bridge and then fell to his death.
General Georgi Koskov
Georgi Koskov 1944-1987
Georgi Koskov was a general for the Russian government. He faked a defection and then a re capture in an attempt to kill his superior General Pushkin. He worked with an American arms dealer named Brad Whitaker whom he was buying and selling opium with. After Whitaker's death he is arrested by Pushkin and put in "the diplomatic bag" he is likely dead.
Brad Whitaker
Brad Whitaker 1936-1987
Brad Whitaker was an American arms dealer who was expelled from West Point for cheating and worked with General Georgi Koskov in buying and selling opium. He enjoyed historical battles and leaders making many statues of famous army leaders such a Napoleon but with his face. While at his villa 007 confronted him and a shooting battle commenced. He died after a pillar crashed into him. He landed on a reenactment or Waterloo.
Franz Sanchez
Franz Sanchez 1951-1989
Franz Sanchez was a Mexican drug dealer. He was arrested by 007 and CIA agent Felix Leiter they day of the latter's marriage. Sanchez escaped and killed Leiter's wife and fed Leiter to a shark but kept him alive. 007 infiltrated Sanchez's cartel and his inner circle by abusing the thing Sanchez valued most: loyalty. He made it seem as if his ally Milton Krest had been stealing money when Sanchez confronted Krest he had him executed. After showing some Chinese drug dealers why they should partner with him 007 destroyed his facility but only after four oil tankers (the oil hid cocaine) escaped. Bond destroyed three of the tankers and the last one crashed with both him and Sanchez on it. Sanchez was about to kill Bond, but he pulled out a gift he received from Felix Leiter: fittingly enough a lighter. Sanchez who was covered in oil was lit ablaze in an instant and when the flames hit the oil the tanker exploded.
Alec Trevelyan
Alec Trevelyan 1959-1995
Former 00 agent, 006 turned terrorist Alec Trevelyan worked with 007 on multiple occasions. But on one it seemed as if he died by the hands of General Ourumov but Bond was unaware that his partner was working with Ourumov and was alive. Bond and Trevelyan reconnected later and his plan was revealed, using his accomplices, Xenia Onatopp a woman who gets off on killing particularly via strangulation using her thighs, Boris Grishenko a computer technician who worked on the GoldenEye satellite, and General Ourumov another general of the Russian government. He planned to kill everyone who worked on the satellite and use it to cripple the Uk's economy. The satellite was destroyed when the sole survivor Natalya Simonova, made the GoldenEye burn up in Earth's atmosphere. Whilst fighting with Bond he fell into the satellite of the GoldenEye control room. The control room then fell on Trevelyan.
Elliot Carver
Elliot Carver 1947-1996
Elliot Carver was the head of the Carver Media Group Network. He planned to start a war between the UK and China, in exchange for exclusive broadcasting rights in China. Using a device he called a "sea drill", he destroyed a British submarine in Chinese waters. His scheme started to fall apart when 007 warned the British and they started attacking Carver's Stealth Ship. He was ripped apart by his own sea drill and his stealth ship exploded.
Elektra King
Elektra King 1966-1999
Elektra King was the daughter of Robert King and orchestrated his death. Her plan was to destroy a Russian pipeline so she could expand her own pipeline. In order to do this, she had to destroy part of her own pipeline to make it seem as if she wasn't involved She was kidnaped by a terrorist named Renard and she slowly fell in love with him. She told him to make her kidnapping look real. When Renard refused to hurt her, she cut her own earlobe off. She was shot by 007 after assuming he wouldn't shoot her.
Victor "Renard" Zokas
Victor Zokas 1961-1999
Victor Zokas who went by the name Renard, meaning fox in French, was a terrorist and the kidnapper as well as the love interest of Elektra King. He was shot in the head but survived he couldn't feel pain as a result of this. The bullet was slowly moving through his head so he would get stronger each day but was slowly dying. He had largely the same plot as Elektra King, which was to blow up part of Elektra King's pipeline, so she seemed like a victim, and then use a submarine and destroy a Russian pipeline. He was stabbed by a plutonium rod.
Gustav Graves
Tan-Sun Moon 1969-2002
Gustav Graves was a Korean col. whose original name was Tan-Sun Moon. In 2001 he met with 007 and seemingly died. He underwent a surgery to turn him into Sir Gustav Graves and invented a satellite that could reflect the sun he called Icarus. A result of the surgery was permanent insomnia, and Graves used a machine in which he slept for an hour a day to keep his sanity. He planned to use Icarus to destroy a field of land mines so North Korea could conquer its southern neighbor. He outlined his plan to his father General Moon, who didn't agree with Graves' plan and was subsequently killed. Whilst fighting with Bond, he was sucked into a plane engine by his parachute.
Le Chiffre
Le Chiffre 1965-2006
Real name unknown, he goes by many names, including Herr Nummer, The Number, Herr Ziffer and his most common alias, Le Chiffre. Le Chiffre was an expert cards player and operative of SPECTRE. He gained access to money owned by a man named Steven Obanno, with the money he bet on an experimental plane going down. He attempted to blow up the plane, but 007 made him fail. In order to recoup the money, he entered a poker match at Casino Royale. When he lost to Bond, he abducted him and tortured him by method of whip to the balls. He was shot by SPECTRE operative Mr. White.
Dominic Greene
Dominic Greene 1970-2008
Dominic Greene was a wealthy environmentalist and head of Greene Planet, and member of Quantum. He devised a plan he called the Tierra Project. The plan involved putting General Luiz Medrano in charge as dictator of Bolivia in exchange for a desert, where he would control the water supply of that desert and charge high prices for the water, thus increasing his own wealth. When interrogated by 007, he told him about Quantum. Bond left Greene in the desert and gave him a can of oil. Greene was found shot in the middle of the desert, with oil in his stomach.
Raoul Silva
Tiago Rodriguez 1969-2012
Tiago Rodriguez who went by the alias Raoul Silva was a former MI6 agent and a cyber terrorist. He orchestrated a cyber-attack on MI6 headquarters and revealed the identity of five agents and said he would reveal five more each week. When captured by 007, he revealed a hideous deformation involving a cyanide capsule. He escaped and attempted to assassinate M during a court hearing, but his attempt failed. He wanted to publicly discredit M and then kill her. He followed M and Bond to Skyfall Lodge where he attempted to kill both Bond and M. He succeeded in killing M but not before dying himself as a result of Bond throwing a hunting knife into his back.
Franz Oberhauser
Franz Oberhauser 1946-2021
Franz Oberhauser was the head of the organization SPECTRE and secretly operating unknown to 007, Le Chiffre, Dominic Greene, and Mr. White-all members of Quantum-actually worked for SPECTRE, as Quantum was a subsidiary of SPECTRE. Raoul Silva was also a member. He killed his father whilst also making it seem as if he and his father died in an avalanche. He killed his father because after Bond's parents died in a climbing accident, Oberhauser's father took Bond in and in a sense, he was like a brother to Franz. After he faked his death, he made a new name for himself using his mother's maiden name. The name he fashioned: Ernst Stavro Blofeld. Using one of his operatives, Max Denbigh codenamed C, he turned the governments of the world against MI6 and towards a new way of security, a global surveillance called Nine Eyes. He successfully got Nine Eyes to work but when it was revealed that SPECTRE worked with Nine Eyes it became defunct. His desert base was blown up which led to Oberhauser acquiring a scar over his right eye. Oberhauser fled by helicopter and pursued by 007. He was incarcerated and later killed in prison accidentally when Bond, touched him after being infected by Lyutsifer Safin's nanobots.
Lyutsifer Safin
Lyutsifer Safin 1978-2021
Lyutsifer Safin had his entire family killed at a young age by SPECTRE operative Mr. White. The event scarred his face horrifically. He was a terrorist who used the bioweapon Heracles to wipe out the entirety of SPECTRE. He did this by kidnapping the scientist who developed Heracles and making him change who the weapon would kill. He later killed Franz Oberhauser when Bond touched him as Bond had been infected. He then intended to turn Heracles global. He kidnapped Madeliene Swann and her daughter Mathilde. He encountered Bond and used Mathilde as a threat saying he would have her killed if Bond moved. Later Mathilde escaped from Safin, and he went on. He got into a fight with Bond and used a specialized version of Heracles: one that if Bond touched Madeliene Swann and Mathilde who was revealed to be Bond's daughter. After breaking Safin's arm Bond shot Safin in the head three times. Missiles then blew up his island.
