Ok, so I'm working on a quiz, but I need your help, the quiz is The Best Villains Ever and I've been googling to find articles talking about this, but they all seem incomplete to me. So, I've decided to turn to you guys to help me figure this out, if you have any ideas as to who the best villains are, please comment on this blog telling me the name of the character and the movie or show they're from like this.
