I notice there are two entries with the same song title, "It's Only A Paper Moon" by Cliff "Ukelele Ike" Edwards in 1933 and by Ella Fitzgerald in 1945.

Is this the same song by different artists or completely different songs?

They are the same song. There are also two versions of the song All of Me, Louis Armstrong's and Billie Holiday's
