The chart isn't the best because is fudged a lot of different sources and numbers and methodologies may vary, so the numbers may not be perfect. I think the numbers are decent approximations, however.
Nothing happened to Rwanda the first 2 times, I think it'll weather it just fine. Congo will get decimated by Rwanda and Rwanda will mostly be unharmed.
