US State Battle Royale - Sign Ups

A US State Battle Royale is a game where you spin a wheel that picks a random US State. Then you spin another wheel that has an arrow on it and the state that was picked takes over the US State that the direction wheel pointed to. A conquered state may have the chance to revolt and join again.

This seems to be a random thing right... RIGHT?!? Well, I am creating some rules to make it a multiplayer game. In this game you can either find or randomly get a power boost. The rules of this game: 
#1 Do not create any alliances that are not created by me (Pontiac). The reason for rule #1 is there will be alliances created during gameplay randomly.
#2 You cannot leave an alliance created randomly by the game. If you leave your alliance that isn't done by the random wheel spinner, you will be automatically chosen to become a puppet state of a state spun by the wheel.

Comment in this blog whether you would like to be in this game. You can choose if you would like to pick your own state (first come, first serve) or you could have one randomly assigned to you. Once you have your state, I will show you your state advantages (every state has one advantage). The State Advantages are based randomly on one of the following; population, size, GDP/GDP per capita, their age (older is better), or area that is forested (had to make some states have disadvantages). All states that aren't assigned to players will be controlled by a bot. A player may have the chance to revolt against their conquerer and become dependent once again. Sign ups are due by Monday 12 pm EST

Everyone must pick 5 cities in their assigned state to be cities and another 5 cities to be forts. One city must be the capital of your union.

You may, for whatever reason, change your state name and create a flag. (This is not important to the game you just can if you want) The name must be approved by me first.
