Is Sana meant to be Sanaa?

Also I believe all Word Searches should have hidden messages, so it's not necessary to add that to the description.

Yes, it's an uncommon alternate spelling.

I put the bold description because I saw that many other puzzles (even featured ones) don't have hidden messages

Nope! A while ago I was making a quiz about word search hidden message and some of them have like gibberish as hidden message (for example #11, #13 and #14).

Others just fill all the grid without leaving spare letters iirc.

Most of them do have a hidden message though.

#13 does actually, it's just a single letter so nothing more can be done. I've fixed the others. Any more you know of? It looks like many were ones I redid from old dailies into new format back in April 2023. Some I have redone over the years to fix issues but some never got fixed, since I only started doing hidden messages partway through the original dailies run.

Well, this one does! The unused letters spell Bonn, which IS a city in Germany. Could we add it to the list?
