Technically yes, but most countries use a more loose definition and it is excessive to call this "UK Towns and Cities"

Although in your defense, there is one word search where it's doubled up.

One of the state ones where Kansas is counted within Arkansas

Theres also a hidden countries one where Sudan overlaps with South Sudan. Generally it's not done though, as it can be very annoying.

Also, after looking at that quiz, I'm pretty sure the Kansas overlap is a mistake. There's a separate Kansas that becomes unavailable if you highlight the overlapped Kansas.
