Yes, one of the South America questions was the "fifth-largest" city which indicates F is not an easy letter to work with in the Americas.

Excellent quiz! - Thank you for the inclusion of Martinique (which is seldom included. If the lesser known islands are included at all, it is

usually Guadeloupe)) and French Guiana (which is most often used as a point of argument).

Fredonia AZ is closer to the North Rim than Flagstaff is to South Rim of Grand Canyon. But Fredonia is not a city and probably only those who live (or used to live) nearby would know this.
