While it's an important city, I wouldn't call it "independent of Seoul". If you look at a map, they are clearly connected, and that's why quizzes that use urban population never have it.
Because the Ionian Greeks were sea traders and explorers, and sailed west founding colonies across the Ionian Sea. Meanwhile, the Dorian Greeks who lived in the Peloponese and Epirus tended to stay on the mailand and were much worse seafarers.
Because Ionia and Ionian have nothing to do with each other. In Greek it's Ιωνία, named after one of the four ancient Greek tribes and Ιόνιο, named after a hero.
Maybe change the Inner Mongolia question? Saying "Chinese part of Mongolia" makes it sound like the answer is some region of Mongolia that is mostly Chinese.
