The clues are not all directly from the song. The song was written talking directly to Prudence, while the clue is talking to us about Prudence. It's similar to how the lyric is "Maxwell's silver hammer came down upon her/his head," while the clue is "Hits people with his silver hammer."
Only missed the grandchildren on the knee and had to look up which song they're from. Not surprised I missed it. That is among the Beatles' lamest songs.
I kept thinking it was Edmund instead of Desmond. I couldn’t understand what I did wrong at first.
