No one, and I seriously mean no one, calls Ecatepec by its full name. It's just "Ecatepec" (or "Ecatepunk").
It's like accepting "Aldama" for "León" (full name: "León de los Aldama"). No one says "Aldama" when pointing out León.
Furthermore, Morelos is a state that happens it be immediately south of Mexico City. If you say "Morelos" as a place, basically everyone will infer the state.
However, I would suggest (and I believe it's the second quiz I do) accepting "San Luis" and/or "SLP" for San Luis Potosí. Many people drop the last word when talking, and write the initials instead of the full name.
