Haha, I did the huge score of 4, I could spell Des Moines... Ashamedly though, I only know that as I watched 'The Roomate' with subtitles, and they mention Des Moines... I also haven't heard of the others, so I'm gonna go ahead and assume me and @mal got the same ones

Tough quiz.

Another where I'd love to see a split between the scores of Americans and non Americans, just to see how my 6 stacks up.

American here, I got 10 right. I nearly got the bay area city but misspelled it, and I maybe could have gotten the Connecticut city if I had thought about it for longer. I'm not familiar with the other three I missed.

Hmm never thought I would see a quiz with my home town on here in Davenport Iowa. For those that don't know Davenport is third largest city in Iowa and sits right on Mississippi River, the only place where the Mississippi River goes east west and not north south. Common joke there is the Illinois side is the snot of Iowa because the area looks like a nose and the Illinois side is under the nose.

As a Floridian, Davie and Deerfield Beach being Miami suburbs threw me off, but using logic, it made more sense after seeing the answer because I also think of small cities in a metro area in another state are suburbs of that. just something i wanted to point out
