What do u mean by "major city"? I interpreted it as city with over 10,000 people, perhaps put in the caveats u mean over 1,000,000 people.

Major, as in major, not some provincial shopping town with a grocery store.

You could really pick a better clue for the "major city", or at least give a definition of size. I would consider Yellowknife, Whitehorse, and Iqaluit all "major cities", as the capitals of the territories. They're important and therefore "major". Perhaps specify that it's provincial? Even knowing the first letter didn't make it easier because there was really no idea what was being defined as "major".

You knew it was E______ , but "Edmonton" still didn't sound like a major city? Whichever way you define "major", I can't think of anything else it could be!

They're small colonial outposts, not actual cities.

As a Canadian, I assure you that there are no major cities north of Edmonton. Iqaluit is ranked about 395th in Canada for population. It's tiny. It's not a major city. To argue otherwise is just plain silly.

Gretzky played for 4 teams but all of his Stanley Cup wins (4) came with Edmonton, and by far his best seasons were played there, where he sets the record of 215 points in a season (only player ever to break 200), as well as where he set his record of 92 goals.

Fun Quiz! Lived in Canada for 5 years in early eighties. U of T Grad.

Missed 4 questions all the same. Stephen Harper question should now say: Prime Minister 2006-2015.

I live in northern Michigan, and Canada shares Lake Superior, Lake Huron and Lake Ontario with the U.S. also... You also might want to update this, Canada's prime minister is now Trudeau, which is the answer to a different question

Not having stephen harper as an answer for harper seems off. I understand that it is based off an overall clue but please make knowing the dudes full name not go against the answers of the quiz.

Indigenous groups are not called First Nations. First Nations are one of 3 Indigenous categories in Canada. The other two are Metis and Inuit. So saying that all Indigenous groups are called First Nations is wrong and this needs to be changed.

Well, the clue doesn't say that ALL Canadian indigenous groups are called First Nations. But I doubt the mostly British and American quiz takers are going to care about the distinction between Canadian indigenous groups.

USA-Canada dual citizen, here. I got 24/26. Nice quiz. Really nice quiz - I like the acronym / "famous quote" that comes up. I gave up with 0:39 left. I never would have gotten "Stanley" for the most famous park in Vancouver (I never really had the opportunity to go West of Ontario), and I also didn't guess "Rupert" - if I had spent a little more time, I might have gotten that one. I exhausted all the Ra's, Re's, Ri's, and Ro's and since Ru would have been the least common of those, I didn't even try. If I had gotten to "Rup", I *might* have guessed it. I learned something new this time around. Thank you.
