Actininium, they were likely referring to the words themselves, not the candy.

I hadn't heard of 13 of them! Out of these, New Zealand only has Snickers, Milky Way, Take 5, Nerds, and Smarties (like M&Ms). But we have Whittakers!!!!! (the best chocolate in the world, arguably...)

In the netherlands we have: snickers (which I actually missed haha), smarties( well we used to, cant remember having seen them for over a decade) and milky ways, that is it haha. And I was surprised to see milky way because I thought people told me on another quiz 3 musketeers is the american name for milkyways.

I had heard of poprocks and butterfingers through pop culture.

Well since the quiz IS listed as "American Candy by Alternate Definition

Guess these American candy brands based on a short description of their name."

I guess the answers would indeed be U.S. candy brands.

What ever happen to Oh Henry!, and Whatchamacallit? I loved both of those but haven't seen them in a long time. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are clearly the best candy of all time. There used to be a Fast Break Bar that was also the bomb.

I've always been more of a fruity candy kind of guy, but I had quite the weakness for Fast Breaks. A mix between Reese Cups and Three Musketeers? Yes, please!

Pixy is the spelling used for Pixy Stix. I know pixie is used to describe the fairy, but it is not for the candy. Great and very clever quiz.

Butter and margarine are not even remotely the same thing.

Margarine is identical to Crisco, hydrogenated vegetable oil, but with chemicals for color and bad flavor. It is also usually used in vastly larger, disgusting, unhealthy globs than tasty butter, which is beautifully satisfying with only a small amount.

Try margarine on your lobster someday and see how quickly you melt a stick of butter to get the dog#&$@ taste out of your mouth.

I mean firstly these aren't supposed to be scientifically exact synonyms; and secondly margarine isn't as nice as butter but it's certainly not the hellfood you seem to think it is.
