Yup. He's an "Asthma-Hound Chihuahua" of Swedish decent. His cousin was "Sven Hoek". Amazing how such a groundbreaking cartoon has been forgotten (of course it's creator John K. did a good job of contributing to that with his awful revival of R&S a few years back!).
Quite heavy on the Looney Tunes don't you think, though I got them all? I feel as if there should be some newer cartoons on here (not Family Guy or Simpson). There also seems to be a severe lack of Cartoon Network on here.
I believe the lyrics to Popeye's theme song were "I'm strong to the finish", not "I'm quick to the finish". Spinach did give him super strength after all.
Fun quiz, thanks. All I can think of for "you eediot" is General Burkhalter, but of course, he usually preceded that with "Klink!" Come to think of it, Cruella de Vil used to say "you eediot" as well. I can remember a bluenose tut-tutting while overhearing Cruella's dialogue; she was afraid the kids in the audience would pick up the expression.
Smokey the Bear
Smokey the Bear
Growlin' and a-howlin' and a-sniffin the air.
He can spot a fire before it starts to flame.
That's why they call him Smokey that was how he got his name.
Couldn't that be accepted?
Also he doesn't look very cartoon-y
