The trend continues...it's now 2017 and I STILL CAN'T REMEMBER VIRGINIA! It's not because I can't spell it...I keep trying either commodores or musketeers and just forget cavaliers all together.
I very much appreciate that it required the full name of many mascots. This is coming from a guy who at least a dozen times entered a shorter name, expecting my laziness to be rewarded.
I sat with "golden knights" written in the answer box with 129 already filled in for about 2 minutes before i remembered they dropped the "golden" about 8 years ago.
Finally finished. (Untimed. I don't really care about getting a level higher than 20.) The way I remembered them all was by conference. So first I started out with the original amount that I knew. Then worked on the ACC. Aced it. Then worked on the AAC. Aced it. (Big 12 was already Aced.) Worked on the Big 10. Aced it. And so on. Great quiz and a pretty difficult one.
Some more nicknames should be accepted beyond just Big 10 (Huskers, Terps). Noles for FSU, Buffs for CU, Cards for Louisville. Also cool to see that the Chippewas got consent from actual Chippewas to continue to use that name, good job Central Michigan.
Seems a little too picky.
"Who are we?" "The Wildcats!"
"Who are we going to beat?" "The Wildcats!"
