Similarly France and Netherlands don't technically border because of Saint Martin-Sint Maarten; Saint Martin is not an Overseas Department like French Guiana, so isn't properly part of France (on the other hand SInt Maarten IS a constituent country of the Kingdom of the Netherlands)
