And then nitpickers go an say: "Well, given the scientific definition of percentage and the mathematical system and formulas for finding area of a given picture with multiple curves and shapes, such as a country, the answer is wrong because this equals that, and science science science, and its wrong because its not perfect".

It's really funny. If there weren't that comment in the instructions, I bet everybody would be like: But Nepal? Brunei? Singapore? Cuba? San Marino? Vatican City? Bhutan? Mongolia?

The quiz was great, would like to see a #2. Is it out yet? I found it a tiny bit difficult, missed Bahamas, Cape Verde and Tanzania. But all in all a great quiz. Loved it.

If future of these are made; for a satellite photo of Vatican, that would be so zoomed in you'll see people.

I think there was one of these satellite image quizzes that included Monaco once and you could see the streets and some of the larger buildings

Hm, I'd prefer the same as with the US states, showing just a partial view. This was too easy.

The Bahamas have an area of 5000 square miles, while Cuba has an area of 40000 square miles. It looks like you've got more than one-eighth of Cuba in your picture, which means that there's more of it than the Bahamas.

How else are you supposed to show the whole Bahamas in a sattelite Image that is not tilted? And Cuba is maybe in only 1/5th of the picture.

Dude, a quiz with tilted satellite images would be totally awesome

Tilting would definitely make these quizzes very challenging. I missed one answer on this quiz- Fiji. The small island countries always trip me up. I managed to get Cape Verde by guessing, but Cuba helped me get the Bahamas. If the map was tilted it would have been difficult to work out that terrain association. Sounds like fun to me.

You have to be playing devil's advocate here. It is pretty obvious where the focus of that photo is, and it's very clearly not Cuba, of which a small bit peeks out in the bottom corner.

The question doesn't ask what the focus is. The question asks for the one "that has a greater percentage of the image".

Good quiz. Though i flew through it getting all but four straight away. Those four completely threw me. I got two with (half) educated guesses, the other two I would only ever have got by process of elimination. Strange how they are either dead obvious or dead hard.

Harder with a satellite in some ways, but also quite useful. The landscape gives a good idea of where the country is. i.e Yellow means sandy so maybe it is a desert country and so on.

Why not? I'm 2 and finished with a time of 10:14.

In fact, before I was born I learned mandarin as that was the most statistically common language spoken on the earth. To say the least I was *extremely* disappointed to find that my parents spoke english as their sole language.

After I drove my parents home from hospital, I flew to china and began to take english classes for approximately two weeks until I was fluent enough in english to fly back and teach my parents mandarin.

its not my fault so many of you are such simpletons.
