It touches a few stans. Interestingly at the point where the west of China borders Kazakhstan, there is a four hour time difference. All of china runs at the same time as Beijing.
That is fascinating when you think about it. I allready knew about the one time zone, but never really thought about what it would be like crossing a border.
71% currently, but it is the least guessed one. Maybe because as some pointed out previously normal type ins arent accepted? I haven't tried out what works or not though. It could be that currently it is standard type ins again.
It's funny, the ones who do these kinds of quizzes are usually the ones who pretty much know geography. because in the countries of the world quiz, no one knows Mongolia.
That makes me wanna look at that quiz, because it really isnt an obscure country, unlike some stans, a lot of african countries and most of oceania. And most islands in general
I checked, it is actually 40th guessed out of 196, so that is pretty high up. Especially since most (I estimate atleast 90%) start either at the americas or europe.
Politics is a bit of a stretch. What tbolt meant to say is “You couldn’t wait to bring Trump into this quiz.” If it was anyone else he wouldn’t have complained.
It's that little piece of Afghanistan that sticks out at the top and stretches eastward. That part borders China. it's actually part of the ancient Silk Road, though currently the main pass is closed on the Chinese side.
Fun Fact: The border between Afghanistan and China is the largest single time-zone jump in the world, as China only uses one timezone. The difference is 3 hours and 30 minutes!
Perfect, all of them.
