Got them all, but took a couple guesses for the Anglo-Boer War. The Anglo part tripped me up, as I've never heard of it being called anything other than the Boer War.

It's so sad that Van Gogh never lived to see a game of basketball. Maybe if he had seen the beauty of a well-executed triangle offense, he might have been inspired to keep living.
