Great quiz, on the Calligraphy question I knew the answer but I just couldn't figure it out, I spent a minute just guessing "Cratigraphy, Stalligraphy, Carigraphy"
Fun quiz. I am apparently not so good on golf and superheroes, though managed to get the rest. Slightly surprised myself with my knowledge of Madonna and Lady Gaga.
I think I tried every country in Asia, and that included Singapore. Guess I probably messed up and used the French spelling... that's what happens when you switch between quizzes in different languages!
I didn't type hedgehog because I was thought the only circumstances in which a hedgehog might be kept as a pet was if rescued from some life-threatening disaster.
I see hedgehogs in my garden, but they are not pets! Why and how would you keep a hedgehog as a pet - in an enclosure?? Do they purr and show affection? I am intrigued, please enlighten.
I know there is a better argument to be made that it doesn't need to be specified that you mean Freud the psychoanalyst, but I did just want to mention that his grandson, Lucien, was an extremely important artist – arguably the greatest portrait painter of the 20th century. Being of the arty persuasion myself, it was Lucien I thought of first, so I just wanted to give him a shout out!
Yeah, sure, and when a quiz refers to the Disney who led a media empire centred around a mouse, it could be referring to Roy Disney. I think it's fine to assume that Freud, Disney, and Einstein are the extremely famous ones and not their somewhat famous relatives.
"The fossil record indicates that birds are the last surviving group of dinosaurs, having evolved from feathered ancestors within the theropod group of saurischian dinosaurs."
"Reptile" is a larger grouping of animals that includes lizards and snakes, turtles, and archosaurs (which include crocs, pterosaurs, dinosaurs, and their living descendants, the birds.)
While crocodiles are closer to dinosaurs (and therefore birds) than they are to snakes and lizards and turtles, they are not actually direct descendants like birds are.
When you ask 'What was Freud's first name?' I think you should probably specify that you are referring to the Psychoanalyst and not for example his grandson, and famous artist, Lucian or Lucian's brother and famous broadcaster Clement.
@AlexThirkell - To be fair, though, "What was Kennedy's last name?" really only has the one correct answer no matter which relative you're thinking of.
What census information are you using for the three most populous cities in India? Kolkata was third as of the 2001 census, and it is the third most populous metro area behind Dehli and Mumbai, but Bengaluru, as of the 2011 city census, is the third largest city proper.
Yeah, there's nothing worse than knowing the right answer but being WAY off on how it's spelled. The allowable type-ins don't seem to include anything that starts with the letter S.
I second people saying it would seem better to add which Freud you are looking for. Yes, Sigmund is probably the most famous to most of us, but if there are multiple correct answers to a question it just seems logical that they would all get the same mark.

"What was Kennedy's last name?" would be a lazy clue as well, even though there is one answer that stands out way above the other notable answers.
