Almost all places say plague when I looked it up, and Wikipedia says "Before he dies... crying several times, "A plague o' both your houses!" (Act III, Sc. 1, often quoted as "A pox on both your houses")."
I imagine it won't be too long before Borneo also has two capitals, but who knows. I don't necessarily trust that Indonesia will move their capital this year like they have said they would.
What about "prevailing winds"? In fact, isn't that a better answer than the jetstream, which can shift to the north or south, not near most flights? The winds are just about everywhere.

The island of Ireland has two national capitals - Dublin for the Republic of Ireland. Belfast for Northern Ireland. Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are two separate countries on the island of Ireland. Therefore, Ireland should be accepted as an a correct answer.
