Sure. Tell your Ob-Gyn that your periods are too heavy, so you can have a hysterectomy. After you're done having kids, of course ;)

The pull out method, the timing method, and prayer are the ones most favored by Catholics, I think.

The muslim calendar began in 622, not 662, after the Hijra.

Was just gonna mention that.

Hijra and Hijri Calendar should both work as type-ins, too. Calling it the Muslim calendar is sort of the equivalent of calling the Gregorian or Julian calendars the "Christian calendar"

It could be either. Here's what Wikipedia says:

"At the time, and during the lifetimes of Walt and Roy Disney, July 17 was considered merely a preview, with July 18 the official opening day. Since then, aided by memories of the television broadcast, the company has adopted July 17 as the official date."

Actually Canada was a confederation of four colonies, not three. The original four provinces were Quebec (Lower Canada), Ontario (Upper Canada), Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Manitoba joined in 1870, British Columbia in 1871, Prince Edward island in 1873, Alberta and Saskatchewan in 1905 and Newfoundland in 1949.

Ahem... Quizmaster is accurate. Three - not four - provinces of British North America signed on. The three were Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and the United Province of Canada.

As a Canadian teacher, I can verify that Quizmaster is correct. After the Act of Union that was implemented by Lord Durham's recommendation, Upper Canada and Lower Canada united into one colony, and its two halves were called Canada West and Canada East. It was a terrible government that always had deadlocks. It was almost purposely designed to force them to join up with some more provinces so things could get done.

Just a suggestion, but an alternate name for World War 1 is "The Great War", even though WW2 was much bigger and world spanning. I guess I am one of the few who would type that before WW1, lol.
