First, the song says that "old silk hat", but clue wouldn't accept silk hat.

2 1/2 as the magic wand answer alludes to HP as well. MOST wizards prefer staffs over wands, seeing the latter as somewhat elementary.

yea but here it was always just called magic or magic cards. It wasnt untill like somewhere in my twenties I saw it had a subtitle.

All things considered, this quiz tested a broad range of knowledge. And let's face it...HP is one of the biggest books of all time. 2 questions of 20 isn't ridiculous.

Yes it is. Considering the sum of all knowledge, 2 of anything in 20 questions is ridiculous. The complete lack of benefit to any and all Harry Potter knowledge makes it infinitely more egregious.

If there hadn't been so many complaints about Harry Potter, I probably would have pointed out that Hagrid tought Care of Magical Creatures, not just Magical Creatures (although I guess he did teach tricks to some magical creatures). But I won't.

for example...what did Jack get in exchange for his cow...

and also i thought genies were trapped in bottles... just ask Barbara Eden, no way that's a lamp in the credits

18/20 couldn't remember either of the Harry Potter ones although I was close guessing answers like "magical husbandry," "magical botany," "magic parliament" and "magic cabinet"
