Some people do not know their cardinal directions. For example, I still have to do the 'Never Eat Soggy Waffles' acroynm because I never remember where east or west is.
São Tomé and Princeipe have two islands. Cape Verde is the closest one to the mainland(Becides São Tomé and Principe). Seychelles rooks like the farthest from the mainland, and I usually guess on the other ones and get them right.👍🏻👍🏻
my own way is kind of funny: cape verde = close to morocco, sao tome = close to equator/equatorial guinea, comoros = close to madagascar, seychelles = farthest to everyone, and mauritus is the one that's not all of the above
The King should spend some of his hundreds of millions on the poor of his country instead of worrying about names. Seven out of ten live in abject poverty with incomes of less than $2 a day.
The official short name of the Republic of The Gambia is The Gambia, not Gambia. Calling it Gambia is just wrong, fix it, please.
If anyone is wondering they chose to call it The Gambia, stead of just Gambia, because Gambia sound too similar to Zambia and they did not want people confusing them both.
I know most of the countries in Africa and the location of more than half, but the grasshopper isn't ready to snatch the pebble from Master Po's hand just yet.....
I used to have trouble with them as well. My strategy was to remember that Sierra Leone is shaped kind of like a circle, Guinea-Bissau was the smallest of the four, Liberia is the southernmost and Guinea is the one that touched all of the others. The two countries that I get mixed up on Benin and Togo.
I have tried this quiz 4 times now and have never gotten Gabon or Zambia correct. But I'm improving! I know all the island countries now apparently. And I finally got burkina Faso. You would think Zambia would be easier. I run out of time, too.
I wish there were versions of these map quizzes where you don't know the answers until the end. If it was like that you wouldn't be able to rely on process of elimination which would make it more challenging
Question were is Swaziland did you forget to add the country or something this quiz is hard enough with out the quiz master forgetting to add the answer
The falkland islands belong to the British

Work them down alphabetically. E.g. the northernmost country of the pair is the one that would come first in the alphabet.
I also have trouble distinguishing between Angola and Namibia, and that rule works too there.
Have fun quizzing!
