I think this might be the first State city map quiz I got 100% on. Never lived in Florida, but probably helped that my dad's only brother was in Jacksonville, my sister and several other family members went to Florida State in Tallahassee, I had an internet fling with a Korean girl I met in Panama City (and dad went on to Tampa for a business meeting after dropping me off), the family would spend almost every summer in Orlando after visiting uncle Butch, I visited Cape Canaveral as a kid to see the Space Shuttle, I took a high performance driving class at Daytona the first week I had my Viper, best friend from elementary school's family moved to Ft Meyers, dropped my sister off for a cruise in Miami, and I hit most of these other places during Spring Break one year when I took a road trip down to Key West. I think Okeechobee and Pensacola are the only two I haven't been to, the former famously on a lake and the latter famously in the panhandle.
One day, I'm gonna put all of Kal's comments on JetPunk together and sell them as a book. And it's gonna be a best-seller, since it's the most fascinating life story ever known to man. Cause if it's not, then why would he have bothered to share it in such details in various comments sections over all these years?
We can't all live lives as fascinating as your book ideas (thanks for sharing!!! Your comment was totally riveting and worth sharing.), but I'm happy to swap anecdotes with anyone.
Reads like the Slumdog Millionaire's stories on how he got to know all the answers, if only Who Wants to Be a Millionaire was a Florida Cities Map Quiz.
I've been to Florida numerous times throughout my childhood, mostly because my grandparents had a condo in Naples, which is right next to Fort Myers. I've also gone to Disney World and Universal Studios a couple times, but I've never been to Miami.
Hi QM, on this map quiz there is an odd fault: you can start guessing before you press the "start" button. I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this problem but I just thought I'd let you know.
