not sure about it being for the ultrarich, maybe falcons are expensive to keep. But I read a while back that there are a few airlines in that part of the world that allow falcons in their cabins.
@tom88 Interesting! I learned recently that almost none allow weasels. Apparently it's something to do with the fear that if they get loose they could chew into the wings or other important plane thingies O.o
Pretty soon you're going to have to move the clue from D to J and come up with a new clue for D. Maybe you could feature one or two of the sequels I did at that point (estimated in 2019)? Don't steal my clues without asking me this time. :D
darn it. You took one of my H answers, didn't you? What was the answer on here before? I used to have a chart to make sure I didn't double up anything already used but I don't know where it is now.
I remember now what it was. Holocaust. and the clue was something about Ahmadinejad denying it happened. Good choice to remove it. The reason I requested you ask if you wanted to use one of my answers is just so that I could update my quizzes to ensure no repeat answers. If you do it without telling me then that's difficult. But I can come up with a different H answer for #2. That's one of the easier letters actually.
We've since received some whining on other quizzes about requiring the extra H. It shows you can't make everyone happy. But I do like it better this way since it rewards proper spelling.
This is the first time I hear of falcons. I always thought that hawk is the equivalent of what we call in French "faucon". It seems English makes a distinction that other languages don't.
That's really strange, they are definitely 2 different birds, but I looked it up in German, Italian and French and all 3 use the same word for both birds
The wording for the "G" clue is a little bit confusing. It might be helpful to replace the word "spelling" with something that better captures the relationship between the words "Genie" and "Djinn".
P might happen. When either pigs fly, or the Americans stop propping up a corrupt and repressive apartheid regime, which incidentally has invested vast sums of money to ensure that never happens. See UN Resolutions Ignored for further information
I am TIRED of always having to delete the "h" left hanging after I type in "Riyadh" before I can continue on to the next answer.
Is there 197 country now?
However on I you only put the letter I instead of Iran
