Would 'hawkbit' (a type of dandelion) be valid for the 'seven letter word ending in "bit"' question? Tried it but it wasn't accepted. Likewise 'bay' for the trees beginning with B.

This is an English language quiz. Why is there a Hebrew/Jewish word in there that unless you are Jewish/Israeli or North American it is highly unlikely that you will know those words.

They are loan words from Yiddish into English. Those are recognized English words now.

They come from Yiddish, not Hebrew. They are commonly used in American English. (And conflating Israel with all Jewish culture and language is really problematic). We have loan words from all over the world from immigrants and globalization, as well as from Indigenous languages and from people forcibly brought from West Africa. Would you say that zucchini or anime or pajamas or tacos aren't allowable?

MS in anatomy here. tarsal should not be an acceptable answer for the last question- "tarsal" refers to the group of seven bones that make up the body of the foot between the tibia/fibula and the metatarsals. I've personally never heard of the word tarsal being used to refer to muscles of the foot.

There are muscles of the eyelid called the superior and inferior tarsal muscles, but to be technical (and annoying) those don't start with T as their names begin with "superior" and "inferior" rather than with "tarsal."
