Just a request for consistency between acceptable misspellings on the McCowns. I ended up getting Josh but not Luke after typing in mcnown (I think). I originally tried mcown, but that didn't work for either.
That's easy for you to say. I always try every quiz, even when I do miserably, as I did on this one. I only know a few of these, and the problem with this one is that after I type the ones I know I can't help myself from typing random names even when I know it is futile. There are too many answers for it to ever be a learning exercise for me but if you update it yearly I know, just like Charlie Brown kicking the football, I'll be right back here again, pathetically typing Smith, Jones, etc. thinking that this time maybe I'll do better. Do you have the number for Quizaholics Anonymous? ;)
Love this quiz. I wonder who the absolute worst QB on this list is. Not accounting for personality, etc., but just who was the worst player on this list?
I think the honor might go to one of: Max Hall, Nathan Peterman, Jeff Tuel, Brian Brohm, Ryan Lindley, Caleb Hanie.
There are a lot of guys who just don't move the ball but don't turn it over too egregiously, but I think you have to look at guys who don't move the ball AND turn it over a lot.
So the name that appears the most times is Brian Hoyer. And this does not even include the time he spent with the Patriots and the short-lived stint with Pittsburgh
Not sure, but I wonder if Ryan and Brady would have also made the list had they not sat out only for coach's decision because playoff/homefield was already locked up and not due to any injury. Just as impressive in my book as Rivers's 160, if so.
I'm not surprised. But I'm not fixing it unless someone does the research for me. I've probably spent 15 hours making and updating this quiz in an obvious case of bad priorities.
Talk all you want about Brady, Brees, and Rodgers, but nobody has had a bigger single game than Matt Flynn. The guy parlayed a performance in a meaningless game into $10 million that he didn't deserve. Good for him.
Not that I don't like the minutia of the list, but maybe a better version is one of the relevant quarterbacks. Those that started at least 10 games in the decade either in total or for a team. Not that I'm hinting that Tyler Thigpen is unimportant.
Is Connor Cook the only name that would be added if playoffs were considered? I know the game values would change, so I'm not asking for additions, just honestly wondering. That OAK vs HOU playoff game was unwatchable.
After 33 tries, I finally got a perfect score! Spent a long time just memorizing names, but Iv'e finally done it. (Almost forgot Matt McGloin at the end though)
I can't believe it's been that long since JaMarcus Russell was in the league!

Thoughts?
