Might I suggest including other answer type-ins for Saint George? Saint George's Day is a national holiday in multiple countries, including Bulgaria.

And St George's Day is a day, but it isn't a holiday, unlike the saint's days in the other nations of the UK.

How is Georgia the least guessed answer? It’s virtually in the question - once you’ve tried UK (seeing as St George is our patron saint) there’s not much else it could be…

there are LOTS of countries that celebrate st georges day...just because "george" is in the name of the country means absolutely nothing

Like others said. I thought it was a predominantly English-speaking country.

I can't believe Japan has a day to honor Hirohito. There's a lot of denial about WWII history in this country!

When I lived in Victoria (Canada) as a child I always assumed Victoria day was a holiday for the city.

We would get a lot of marching bands from the US (especially from Washington, but sometimes Idaho, Oregon, etc) who would ferry over to practice at our Vic day parades because they're smaller and May is just a little bit before some of the big performances. Oftentimes they would outnumber our own since there's only 3 highschools in Victoria that have a marching band.
