Too stubborn to think of anything else but Gold for "on the Ceiling, in the Streets."

glad to know I wasn't the only one. Ironically, "Gold On the Ceiling" is one of my least favorite songs.

What ever happened to the Black Keys?

They had an album out last year after a bit of a break. I thought it was pretty good, they've still got it. My favourite is probably "Tell Me Lies".

Their latest album is incredible. I just saw them in June. I just wanted to chime in and keep the Black Keys love going in 2023.

Hardly matters since AC/DC songs all sound alike.

I like AC/DC, but I have to agree with mikeb. They most definitely do sound alike. Same key, same drum beat. But they do have a signature sound.

I only missed the ...ceiling/streets one

Yes, I failed on that one as "Living on the ceiling" by Blancmange first sprang to mind and then Aretha Franklin has done "Living on the streets" - so "Living" ought to be a correct answer.

Had trouble with criminal/operator, but just guessed words that made sense until I got it. Never heard of either of those songs.

Smooth Criminal was a Michael Jackson song from the late 80's (and a good one). Alien Ant Farm covered it around the turn of the millennium. You might have heard it and just not recognized the name. The chorus has the line "Annie are you okay?"

I'm surprised only two thirds got Bad Moon Rising. It's such a great song. The ones that tripped me up are Walking on Broken Glass / Walking in Memphis. I'm not familiar with either of those.

This one was actually pretty easy, just had to remember one of the songs, plus, being born in the late sixties, most of them are songs I grew up with...
