100% with 1:53 left. Only ever saw two episodes of this stuff; neither were by choice. These phrases have been pulled into popular culture and are quite recognizable. Guessed 'russian' from the character's ethnicity inferred from the name.
You know, QM, why is it that you have featured Star Trek quizzes but no Doctor Who quizzes? They're both awesome, they're both famous, they're both pre-21st century, they're both in space(ish), they both have aliens, what more does Doctor Who need?
Amazing how much Star Trek has infiltrated popular culture. I managed to get 10/16 without having ever seen a single episode/film.
And before people get mad at me for not giving it a try, it's because when I get into a TV show/film series, I have to watch EVERYTHING, and I don't want to get sucked into having to watch a million different series of Star Trek.
After an extensive search, I can't find record of the phrase "Prepare to be assimilated" being used in any episode of any Star Trek series, or in First Contact (although I did find it in a novel). On television, the phrase was "You will be assimilated".
Star Trek is the greatest cultural product of the 20th century, the closest thing we have to Homer and Virgil. 21st century Star Trek is of course best left unspoken of.
Shame...

I think it's before his emotion chip malfunctioned or whatever.
Like I said in another comment though, TNG truly ended at the end of season 7 and the movies aren't canon ;)
True TNG stans know that nothing is canon after All Good Things
