Hi, could you please include Smith. Margaret Smith. That's her maiden name. I ended up missing her. Which is embarrassing... she's from my home town.

She's far better known as Margaret Court now though

I write 'Sanchez' and 'Arantxa Sanchez' but it doesn't work... "Vicario" is only her second surname...

You have got Henin as winner of the 2004 US Open and Kuznetsova as the 2003 winner - that's the wrong way round.

How come Serena scores higher than Venus when you only have to type Williams and you get them both?

Because you can still enter Serena Williams and so you get only her.

Whenever a quiz gets updated, its statistics reset. For example, if you took a quiz and got 100% and it gets updated, it will go back down to 0%. The number of people who have taken the quiz before it got updated will stay the same.

It is EXCEEDINGLY difficult to win a Grand Slam. Especially with the French being played on an entirely different surface. Look back through the list and you'll see just how rare it is. Two times in 50 years.

This sounds nearly as bad my partner, who is Czech and insists on referring to most famous females with the appropriate feminine suffix (even if they aren’t Czech), since that’s how they were referred to on TV back home. I saw Chris Evert on TV recently and he asked who it was. When I said ‘Chris Evert’ he looked blank faced for a second, then he got excited as the penny dropped and said “Ah! Chris Evertová-Lloydová!!”

Another favourite is Michelle Obamová. Part of the joys of dating outside of your own nationality, no matter how serious they may otherwise be (and he’s a senior paediatrician), you always get a good laugh when they do the ‘comedy foreigner’ bit by accident!

Are you sure about Kerry Melville Reid (Australian 1977)? It seems to have been the doubles final that was washed out, not the singles - and she wasn't even in the singles final. Or am I missing something?
