I believe I know this because of the Simpsons episode in which Kang and Kodos invade the bodies of Clinton and Dole. Top 10 episode; quotable all over the place: "Abortions for some, miniature American flags for others!"
I've got no love for Hillary, but this is one of the dumbest and most often trodded out criticisms of her I see. Frankly it diminishes any valid opposition to her and makes her opponents look like the sexist jerks with no substantive arguments she would very much like them to appear as. In other words, unless you are a Hillary supporter in disguise, please stop.
Did you take up a post in their bedroom to know whether or not she satisfied him? - How dare you insert yourself into someone else's marriage! What he did apparently did not impact her enough for her to divorce him, so mind your own business when it comes to the state of their marriage. I'm pretty sure many could not stand up to the scrutiny that theirs have.
Sanders, Warren (though not running at the time), and several others would have been > Hillary.
Jeb Bush, Rand Paul, Kasich, Christie, Romney, probably about = Hillary. Maybe slightly worse just because of their association with the deeply corrupt, heavily compromised and corporatist GOP. But Hillary herself was a corporatist and their policies would have been largely the same. Aside from Paul.
Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Ben Carson, Bachmann, < than Hillary. By substantial margins in every case except Rubio.
and, of course, Trump <<<<<< Hillary, and everyone else. Anyone who voted for Trump because they didn't like Hillary is either incredibly ignorant, incredibly stupid, simultaneously selfish and naive, a paid Russian asset and traitor, or just not a good person.
Clinton and the Bushes were pretty similar. Apart from Bush Jr's incompetence. Bush Sr. was a center-right establishment Republican. Clinton was a dead-center or maybe even center-right establishment Democrat. Both families were very friendly with Wall Street and corporate America. This was also 20 years ago. The GOP has become significantly more compromised since then. They always were, but they've gotten so much worse. They stand for absolutely nothing anymore. The Democrats are largely the same as they were. Though elements within the party have moved in a more progressive direction, Biden certainly isn't one of those elements.
to amend previous statement: Biden has been moving in the direction of some of the radical wing on the American political left, but... slowly... and not that much. He's still a very old man who governs like you would expect someone his age who has spent this much time in politics to govern. He's never going to be a radical.
You must not have seen the makeup of the current Supreme Court, then--all the justices (including the late Scalia) went to either Harvard or Yale law schools. Such diversity
Yeah, Kalbahamut you took the words out of my mouth. Surely you want the smartest people running the country!? If these are the best Universities why wouldn't you want your leaders to attend them?
Only a very small percentage of our nation's most intelligent people attend Yale or Harvard. The fact that so many Presidents and Supreme Court justices did attend those schools speaks to an entrenched power structure that is far removed from the experience of the average person. We'd do better to draw our leaders from a broader base of people. And we could easily do so without sacrificing a single point of IQ.
I took his comments to mean he bemoans the fact (as do I) that lots of intelligent, qualified judges are overlooked because they didn't attend Harvard or Yale. Now that the college entrance scandals have shown that wealthy people can buy or cheat their way into elite schools, I think his point is even more valid.
Trump 1) was born in Kenya 2) moved the capital of Cyprus to Asia 3) is a Russian hacker 4) left the EU and is therefore not European 5) defeated Corona by drinking water every 15 minutes 6) was impeached by Richard Nixon.

Be careful what you ask for, as you may get it!
