Do they keep their titles if they wind up going to prison?

They'd probably get a pardon or some form of diplomatic immunity because of course.

It’s legally impossible for the king to commit a crime, as the courts prosecute offenders in his name. He is therefore completely above the law.

Smashing!

But Prince Andrew is not above the law.

I don't think just Westminster should be accepted for the coronation question - Westminster Abbey is not the same as Westminster Cathedral, or the Palace of Westminster.

Or, for that matter, Westminster Bridge. haha

I agree, how absurd: the coronation took place in a building somewhere in Westminster! I still have not learnt to touch-type, so I had to delete " abbey" from my next answer.

Can I suggest accepting Saxe-Coburg for the dynasty question? I know it was officially changed to Windsor but technically that is the dynasty they originally belonged to.

No because it would be 'Saxe-Coburg and Gotha' anyway, and it was changed so it's no longer recognised as that...

Isn't it Saxe-Anhalt and Gotha?

Now why on Earth would a British dynastic family change their name from Saxe-Coburg and Gotha to Windsor during WW1? Perhaps they didn’t want the British public to know that they secretly supported the Germans?

They weren’t the only branch of the family to do that either - Battenbergs became Mountbattens for the same reason.

Prince Albert sounded too German so his name was changed to Prince George, his close family and friends still called him 'Bertie' though.

No, Prince George was his brother.

His name was never changed. He just decided to use his fourth name George as a regnal name.

On the grounds of decency, it may be pertinent to replace the question about Epstein's friend with someone else.

Can you please adjust the question about "Kate Middleton's sister" to use her proper title. She stopped being a Middleton at her wedding and her proper title is "Catherine Princess of Wales".

Thanks for a great quiz

Suggestion to change the question about Andrew to "Which Royal discovered they couldn't sweat at a Pizza Express in Woking?"

Oh the grand old Duke of York

He had 12 million quid

He gave them all to someone he never met

Over something he never did

Except he didn’t have twelve million quid did he? He got it from his mummy, who originally got it from all us common plebs… So who paid really?

Maybe accept "Prince of Wales"? Not sure why "Prince of" is even given, as the question is very easy even without it.

This family are one of the most malevolent stains on a decent modern human society imaginable. They are degenerate, self-serving, dishonest, bone-idol scumbags, ponceing off the rest of us normal people whilst weaving a mystical spell of imagined relevance through their almost total control of the British media. Their droppings simply don’t stink, according to the vast majority of British reporters. Well, the ones who would like continued access to stories, and perhaps even a gong later on for loyal service rendered?

Not only are these shambles not better than us - they are actively worse. Lizzie and Phil weren’t just husband and wife, but third cousins as well. That not being close enough for the in-bred slack-jawed freaks that they are, they were also second cousins through a different ancestor. How yucky is that? At least their offspring didn’t come out a bit slow, or lacking in moral fibre - hang on a minute!

Their uncle Eddie (VIII) was a charmer as well - a card-carrying nazi, who had Himmler attend his wedding. He almost certainly conspired with Hitler to replace his brother as puppet on the throne after a German victory, which fortunately didn’t materialise…

Their hobbies include the mass slaughter of various types of wildlife, living in palaces, driving Rolls-Royce’s and eating swans.

Their modern attitude to race is exemplary - just ask Meghan Markle.

Buckingham palace claims not to interfere in politics, but this is a transparent lie. They have blocked, amended or otherwise sought to influence a whole raft of British legislation. This includes exempting themselves from freedom of information laws, or laws around worker equality and environmental protection. Why? So they didn’t need to hire black cleaners, or explain the unimaginable undeclared wealth they are hiding on various overseas territories. This is all achieved using medieval powers which almost nobody understands, or are even aware of, prerogative powers which sidestep entirely the democratic process.

Shall we vote to chose our head of state, or make that decision based on who was squeezed out of which vagina first? (If you find that analogy crude, this only reflects the crudeness of our system of government)

Britons have been programmed to think like subjects, rather than independent citizens (we have no written constitution) but the arguments for monarchy don’t stand up to the slightest scrutiny.

Honest open debate will show the way.
