If you're wondering how the Browns are consistently this bad: http://www.jetpunk.com/user-quizzes/57964/browns-qbs-since-1999

Someone forgot Cleveland!!!!!!!!! And also, I typed in jets instead of bills. I expected Jets to be on there.

Definitely thought Jets would be here too. They had a few good years though.

I'm a Jet fan. The Jets' reputation is based more on their penchant for tabloid stories than their on-field performance. They really haven't been consistently bad. But they just have a tendency to get wrapped up in the most ridiculous stories: the butt fumble, Rex Ryan's whole schtick, constantly getting embarrassed by the Patriots, getting Brett Favre for a single season in which he awful, having a contract dispute with a career backup QB...plus being in the New York media market and always being second to the Giants. It makes them look a lot worse than they are and have been. Since 2000, they have had nine winning seasons, five losing seasons (soon to be six), and finished 8-8 twice. They've won playoff games in four of those seasons, and made it to the AFC Championship twice. So not great, but not too bad either.

I can't believe no teams from the AFC East made this list.

In the years since realignment (2002) to the year Brady left, the AFC east had the highest aggregate winning percentage of all of the divisions. For the "that's just because of the Patriots" crowd: if you take only the 2nd - 4th finishers in each division, the AFC east places second.

Haha... my dad used to be a diehard Browns fan. Then my sister went to Florida State at the height of Bobby Bowden's career when they were the best team in the NCAA, and dad started watching college football instead of NFL. I think he was happy to make the switch.

I heard a fun fact on the radio today - there have been more Star Wars movies released in the past 366 days (2) then there have been Cleveland Browns wins (0).

Updated! There have now been the same number of Star Wars movies released in the last year as Browns wins (1). I'm excited to see how long SW can stay tied or ahead.

Hmm maybe a person from outside of USA that knows the teams in the nfl but not their qualities took that test and wrote all the teams in his/her mind?

I'm from outside the US, I know only two things about NFL teams. 1: Patriots always win. 2: Browns always lose.

Maybe a little more time? The last team has a 42% win rate. There are a lot of teams within 8 pct points of .500

I"m sure if it started in like 2005 or so, they'd be here. There were a couple playoff years in the Grossman/Orton era, including a Super Bowl appearance.

Jaguars and Bills made the playoffs this past year. Raiders and Lions are both 18-14 in the past two seasons and made the playoffs in 2016. Browns . . . are still the Browns.
