Better Off Ted was a surprisingly good show. It was unique and sardonic in a way that really separated it from so much drivel on the airways.

More specifically, Portia De Rossi's Veronica was one of the greatest comic characters created this century. Losing that comedy goldmine is tragic.

I may be wrong on this one, but I am pretty sure Nikita is a Canadian show...I remember that when it was out, Canadians were proud that the top show in the US was Canadian made for a short period of time (we take what little victories we can get).
