Sacramento not being THE answer or even an accepted answer is not just wrong, it's also regressive. A state capitol is always far more important than a theme park in a swamp.

What on Earth are you going on about? Did you misread the clue about the city that STARTS AND ENDS with O? There would be a ton of cities that just end with o. San Diego, San Francisco, Toledo...lol
