17, not bad! Happy to have remembered Pabst & Schlitz. We had Schlitz in the house when I was a kid. No idea what the state motto was, so took my best guess: "Sure beats Iowa!" :-P

I was speed reading and when I saw what did Schlitz…make, I typed in, Milwaukee famous. Completely skipped over the other two and had to go back and read the whole thing.

Pizza might be a good way to branch out. Contains plenty cheese, goes well with beer and is very widely liked. Just come up with your own variant adapted to local cheeses and you may have something big going.
