In Britain and many other countries, a "zipper" is called a "zip".

Only country I could find was, Czechia (for countries where English isnt an official language aswell), most countries dont have anything remotely similar to zipper or zip.

portuguese has ziper, slovak has zips and that is it. All the other languages have completely different words.

Edit: ow wait laos and georgia say zipper aswell

Although I'm also from a country with a wildly different word for "zipper", the quiz is english so I expect an english word for the answer.

Zapata is not interchangeable with zapato. If you have heard the word zapata before, it was as a last name or a typo

I never heard the word “zest” used that way. To me the word zest was just a synonym for enthusiasm.

Ok, so I know a new word, but it’s weird that I could get zither and Zeno easily but didn’t know what zest meant.

yes, you finely grate the outer skin, don't peel, it has to be very very thin, and not include the white pith underneath

That's a good quiz. I knew YKK and thought they were sunglasses. That was my guess at least. I knew I knew it from somewhere.
