One 2016 source, one 2019 source = big 3 year discrepancy. And not sure if refugees are counted in a country's population. Syria currently has a population of 17M (World Bank) and 5.6M refugees. I used Syria's 2010 21M population to calculate: 5.6M = 26.7% of 21M
Nice idea but I don't think the answers reflect reality. For example about 35% of Kyrgyzstan's population lives aboard (https://akipress.com/news:579676/). It will be a similar story across all the smaller former Soviet republics, all of the former Yugoslavia and many other places besides. The large number of north European countries on the list suggests this is just about which countries have a good statistics office and which don't.
The problem here is that this quiz is only considering OECD countries or countries with refugees. Otherwise I'm sure that East/Balkan Europe would be here along with smaller states like Fiji, Guyana, Surinamem etc.
Also there may be inconsistencies with using two different sources.

I do like the quiz idea a lot though!
