I decided to leave that out, because I didn't want to either

include boros from other states or

make an exception for Alaska

Also, I think of boros as subdivisions of counties; and below cities in the hierarchy of political subdivisions.

Feel free to try to poke holes in my position. It does feel strange to leave Alaska out.

Alaska's boroughs are just her version of counties with a new name and slightly different power structure. If you're going to include Louisiana, it only makes sense to do the same with Alaska.

First,El Paso county is the MOST populous county in Colorado.

Second,you should add Anchorage and Alaska in your quiz.

Alaska may not have counties but it has an equivalent, Burroughs although is also has a large area that is unincorporated with any mid level. Supposedly much of new England only has counties on paper.
