Most Similar Country Name Pairs

Name the countries of the world whose names are most similar to another country. Each pair's similarity was calculated using the same method: First, remove all non-letter characters and ignore capitalization and diacritics. Then, delete letters at the end of the longer of the country names until they are of the same length. Finally, calculate how many letters are in the same position in both country names.
