East timor was controlled by the Portugese and not part of the Dutch Empire.

Not sure if you are excluding the fully controlled trading posts on purpose, but if you only count territory than France is missing (French Guiana). Also the territory of Ghana expands into the current Cote d'Ivoire.

In Africa parts of Ghana, Togo, Benin and Nigeria were once the Slave coast. Dutch Loango-Angola contains Angola and The republic of Congo. Senegal was once Senegambia. And the Island of Arguin, now part of Mauritania, was also part of the empire. Mauritius was also a part of the Empire.
