Clue 1: In Alaska it would have to be February the seventh to be so cold at that time.

Not sure how this would fit, but the second of July could translate to -2.7°C, which would be 27°F in Alaska (February 7th).

So it's 2/7, 3.15. That's also the absolute zero on the Celsius scale, -273,15°C. If I'm correct, I'll split the medal with rg1227.

Yes ........ good solve 'PotatoBoy', as you point out -273.15 is absolute zero temperature. 'rg1227' was on the right track. Your 11th solve PotatoBoy and 2nd for rg1227 ...... congratulations.
