Sao Paolo / Sao Paulo ....... both will work, Sao Paulo is how the city is presented. Sao Paulo F.C. for instance.

Sao Paulo doesn't work, you have to add Brazil, which is nonsense. Also, Tajo isn't accepted for the Iberian river.
